StellarCruiser-Speedhack

The official resolution of steam

Dear Visitors, readers.

Our site has been dealing with Titanfall problems since 2018. We’ve seen dizzying scams before, you can read about the story of our Jeanue hacker. Now, however, I will write about what the official position of steam support is about how our community can count on this help after 2 years for the hackers ’amok run to finally be eliminated. I am sorry to inform you that steam is officially invoking us to contact EA Support. Needless to say, we have exhausted these circles and reports by far without substantial support. We don’t know the reasons, EA still doesn’t officially admit today that a hacker has gone beyond their minds. Since steam has also recently lined up to sell the Titanfall 1-2 game, I have officially asked for a resolution on whether our community can count on the help of this years-long problem. Without change, here is the letter:

EA has decided that those who may still be scammed. What is it about? It is well known that Titanfall1 servers are under constant attack. Since the end of 2018, a hacker has been able to exploit the vulnerabilities of Origin and TF1’s servers to disconnect all players from the server. For now, you can do these if you have a free space in that Lobby that you can join. But it alone systematically kills players ’commitment to TF1. EA recently launched the product again using Steam. However, no one is informed that there is no substantive support behind the game. The game can still be played sometimes, but there was a time when it wasn’t possible at all. We don’t know when that time will come again, but we expect it. If steam wants to take care of its own prestige, it will immediately take this toy off its shelves. We send a letter to steam drawing attention to the fact that the game cannot be played and there is no support from anyone. Some have bought this great game again, trusting that this way they won’t be in a position where a hacker will kick everyone out of the game with a bug generated on the server. This is still present. Protect yourself from a lot of annoyance by taking the Titanfall1 off its shelves.

The question is, can Steam do anything about this hacker? They want to resell a toy that is almost extinct once due to lack of subsidies (Elektronic Arts). I would link a few threads from EA’s forums where EA specifically spits at the eyes of its customers and doesn’t eliminate the causes of the problem.

So anyone who intends to buy a Titanfall game should think twice. My question is, can these help remove the hacker who ruins players ’recreation every day?
I have attached a visual presentation of the problems. I know TF1 currently works through Origin. But we have been waiting for a problem for more than a year. I look forward to your kind reply at s***********@mail.com

I have been dealing with this topic for a long time.

I also got an answer a few days later.

Hi there,

You will need to contact their support team as they would be better suited to answer any questions you have regarding your game. Unfortunately, Steam Support isn't able to provide you with the necessary assistance because we have limited insight on these issue.

You can reach EA support for better handling.

Thanks for using Steam,
Jenny

I wrote with limited information! This is only interesting to me because I pointed out in my letter, I tried to give an insight into the nature of the problems and as a reference, where it is clear that EA’s eye-catching customers.

We do not yet have information about this substantive change in the coming period. However, some in this community are already trying to find solutions. We hope they will succeed.
